New tank project

I need help to know if my project is good for the animals and is logical

I'm planning on starting a 60L tank (60cmx30x34- Explorer Paris model from Aquatlantis) with a mix of a South Eastern Asian biotope and a bit of Amazonian.

For plants, I'm thinking of:

Murdannia keisak

Micranthemum Monte Carlo

Lobelia Cardinalis Mini

Vallisneria spiralis Tiger

For shrimps:

Neocardina davidi Carbon rili (15)

For snails:

Planorbis

For fish:

Corydoras Pygmaeus

Rasboras Maculatus

I'll try to have these parameters:

Ph: 6,8

Gh: 6

Kh: 3

23°-24°C

I don't plan on adding CO2 and my goal is to touch my tank as little as possible, without adding chemicals and things like that for parameters (that's what we've always been doing with my dad when we have tanks and it works fine)

I plan on using a technical soil (from Tropica Aquarium) as Micranthemum Monte Carlo needs a lot of nutrients

I'll let the tank cycling peacefully without anything other than the plants for them to develop for at least two months, then I'll add the snails, wait another two weeks or a month for the shrimps and again two to four weeks of wait before adding the fish

Does the project seem logical to you? What population do you recommend for the fish? Do you think I should add Java moss to add more hiding spots for the shrimps? Any natural pieces of decors ideas? Do you recommend other kind of plants?

New tank

Hello, so I'm planning to set up a tank with Rasbora Maculatus and Corydoras Pygmaeus in it as well as Neocardina davidi Carbon rili shrimps and Planorbis as snails. I'll have a 60L volume which dimensions are 60cmx30x34. How big of a school would you recommend for the corydoras? Do you have any tips to make sure they'll be comfortable in the tank? Andy tips in general?
