Im watching lawyers live and in his opinion it sounds like he read the report. He said in his opinion the AM will be dropped as there’s not enough evidence and the cops overcharged . If the modified RO is approved Santos can live at the apartment. Also, in his opinion it will be dropped down to pc 273.5 injury to cohabitate/spouse and pc 243 e1 domestic battery. His guess is bond shouldn’t be anymore than $100k, 10% of that is $10k
I have seen several comments asking when the next court dates are so I figured I would post the dates for everyone. Although this is public info I scribbled out the court addresses.
Tickets say 12:30pm 6/12, however the email says its a 2:30pm on 6/12. Which is the correct time and why does the times differ?
