Good day. Engineer Shiemka here (not some random keyboard warrior as others are accusing me of). I have been a Reddit user for almost four years already, even longer if we count my old account that I no longer have access to. Linawin natin ang isang post dito sa subreddit regarding sa paninira sa FEMPS.

Hindi po misleading ang outline kundi ang post ang misleading. Sa katunayan, kung babalikan ninyo ang official Facebook page, walang webinar na scheduled ng March 1. And ibang webinar ang naka schedule ng March 7. Itong webinar in concern here was originally slated for March 13 pero minove ng everyone concerned into March 28 dahil may conflict na schedule ang speaker ng webinar na ito.

Inaako namin na minsan nale-late ang speakers natin, but we do compensate by not ending the webinar on 9 PM. Pwedeng mag extend ang webinar duration sa FEMPS. The longest webinar we had ran for 5 hours because we entertain all questions.

And with regards to grievances, we do address that, PM is the key. No need to post publicly dahil inaayos naman, like pag may ipapa correct sa certificates. And kung may concerns sa review program, inaayos yun kaagad. Even former reviewees who already passed the board exam can still consult with me for free regarding their projects to satisfy their clients.

Also, sa mga naninira, we are still preparing our case dahil ginawa din ito sa personal account ko sa facebook. Doon ang unang attempt ng paninira sa akin.

And with regards sa review, matagal na po tayong nag move mula sa pagbabasa ng presentations. We admit that that was how we started, pero 2026 na ngayon, and all review sessions since 2024 are conducted live. Hindi na prerecorded. We also moved the online classroom from Google Meet to Zoom. And, as one of the commenters here pointed out, lahat naman may improvement di ba?
