Hello everyone! Long time no see! Just want to take a second to appreciate just how good this album is (IN MY OPINION). Might make a full review on this album soon but I don’t know.

From the massive rocking opening of this song, to the mellow Sunday Morning Call to Gas Panic! to Who Feels Love?, this album represented a somewhat comedown for the band. However, I feel like this made the album more open and honest than the bands previous work. And that is what makes this album so good in my opinion. Are tracks like I Can See A Liar not the best songs Oasis made? No. But Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is just absolute pure rock and roll in my opinion, I have no idea why it gets so much hate. Maybe it is the production, as it is kind of weird on that track.

Now time for what people want to know. Is Little James that bad? No. It was Liam’s first attempt at contributing to songwriting, and he wrote it for his stepson, who was just born at the time of writing and recording. Some of you guys’ apathy towards this song disgusts me. Could it have been a B side and replaced with the absolute stellar songs that are Let’s All Make Believe or Carry Us All or Cigarettes In Hell? ABSOLUTELY! Was it so bad it should have never been written? No.

The B sides on this record are also awesome. Carry Us All, Let’s All Make Believe, Cigarettes In Hell, Full On and the cover of Helter Skelter are great.

Is it the best Oasis album? No. But if you remove Definitely Maybe or WTSMG, this would probably be up there with Be Here Now.

Recently fell into this rabbit hole of “systemd = bad” and how other init systems are better. Thinking about doing a setup with the i3 window manager, but I am worried that Artix will only complicate things for me. Are there other reasons to use Artix besides the init system? Which init system should I use? I was thinking about dinit or openrc.
