Bonjour à tous,

I am considering buying a property in Longueuil on boul. La Fayette. It seems the location close to the metro is nice and I see a few Bixie stations around.

However, it remains a boulevard which might be busy and Taschreau overpass/highway is nearby.

Anyone has idea how much nuisance is the noise in this area?

Any other heads-up will be appreciated!
