This is my precious angel Ari. pictures are just cat tax, taken months of years ago

Backstory, recently my mother and i came back hone from a 3 week trip. for 2 days at the end of said 3 weeks, our dog was put in boarding by my dad so he could come with us on vacation, so my cats (who usually don't go downstairs because of the dog) had free reign of the whole house

when we and the dog got back, my cats were still ballsy enough to stay upstairs. nothing happened for the first night and up through this morning, every time we noticed one of my cats (mostly ari) downstairs we just put them back upstairs, but this time i wasn't so lucky.

my mom had went upstairs to stay in her room and the dog and i were cuddling on the couch when he suddenly jumped down and i realized he was chasing my cat. i immediately followed him but he had chased her into his cage. i feel horrible because of this next part but i pulled ths dog by the tail and the legs to get him away from her (he's a really large and muscular 80 pound dog and im a feeble 16 year old girl, im sorry but i had to resort to babaric methods) i was already crying at this point so i didn't see very clearly but i saw her in his mouth by her neck. i had managed to grab the dog and drag him away into a locked room and thankfully my mom heard my screaming and crying and rushed downstairs, my precious cat ran off upstairs

i was terrified but my mom told me to just let the fucking dog go and just go back to watching youtube. i put my dog in his cage and cried for like a solid 3 minutes before running upstairs to look for ari. my mom was just aimlessly glancing around for her and i couldn't find her anywhere, thankfully we had some treats on hand. the treats lured ari out (she was inside a newly discovered hole in the fabric under my parents' bedframe) but she didn't even eat any before running away, it mostly just lured my other cat london over

after ari went away that time none of us have seen her. my mom has been upstairs in her room since and said she hasn't seen her but i doubt she's been paying much attention (her and my dad don't like ari much, my dad hates cats and either way they both like london more since she's cuddlier than ari, so by far ari is the least favorite pet to everyone except me), me and my dad had to go to the store for a while and i stayed downstairs most of the time because i wanted to be there in case ari or london came back downstairs (i know i should have been looking for ari but im always paranoid)

it is quite literally the middle of the night, this event happened at like 4 pm. we haven't seen her since like 4:30. I'm so fucking scared. we haven't found any blood anywhere but the dog has killed wild animals before and there's been no blood. my mom hasn't heard moving or meowing under her bed or anything (though i guess that's a good sign since ari rarely meows unless she's trying to get your attention) but i don't care im just so scared. i literally don't know what to do. i can't drive by myself to take her to the vet and my parents don't seem to care, but even if they did we can't find her. i don't know what to do. my dad said maybe she'll come out once we're all in bed and told me to just go to sleep but i can't sleep im so scared, ive broken down crying 3 times since then and im not even an emotional person in the slightest, nor am i religious at all but I've been praying she's okay and is just hiding because she's scared. the worst part is i have plans tomorrow and they rescheduled them just for me because i was out of town so it would be awful of me to just cancel but i also don't want to be away from home because im so scared for my precious ari

im sorry for the wall of text but I'm terrified and don't know what to do. any advice or words or anything is appreciated im so sorry
