Lyre is an instrument often used by Bards.

Since she comes from a family of Tiefling musicians/Bards, she was given that name.

Although she lost the context with her parents, she carries that name with pride.

Lilies have several meanings depending on their color, but I chose various interpretations, those that connect them to death as well as to passion and feminine beauty.
