In this team comp who's signature functor is more important I have skulds btw

I'm so happy rn. Went from no Skuld to SSS skuld with sig functor and SS Horus this patch. So I'm wondering if I should attempt to get Soulfeather Osiris and SS her or try to SSS Horus. I feel like SSSing Horus is a better idea since getting SS Soulfeather might cost 280 pulls if I'm unlucky (which means I don't get it) whereas SSS Horus will cost 180 pulls max. Is Soulfeather worth the risk meta wise?
