Visa Refusal & Next Steps
I received my visa refusal today. The refusal letter stated that I did not have the required amount in the account for the 28 day required period. I understand the error that I had made. My family removed a certain amount of money from the account without realizing that the money needs to be in the account for atleast 28 days and thought that the statements would be enough.
For next steps and the fastest way to reapply, I am thinking about doing the following:
- Pay the entire student fee amount. This way my new CAS letter will show that no amount is due.
- My current bank account shows approx 35K Euros. This would cover the amount needed (approx) 13K to cover stay in London. This way I do not to have the 28 day cooling down period so that I am able to apply ASAP.
Thoughts on this?
