Edit: I got through the night with taking some Tylenol extra strength, I think I am done with the worst of it 🙏🏼 thank you for everyone’s support last night. It was all I had!!!

i have intentionally decided to not use the strong pain meds because i hated the way i feel and 2) had some family members get hooked on them long ago so want no chances whatsoever 🙅🏽‍♀️ please give me some good vibes as to when i can expect pain to pass??? this is horrible and so so brutal… i’m entering day 3? I had my surgery Wednesday and it’s Friday today. no sleep at all and im suppose to go to physical therapy today??? HELP

Hi yall!! I’ve been following this group since ‘23 when I tore my left ACL and it was sooo helpful to have a support group to run to haha. I’m back with a right ACL tear this time around. Gutted. But had a very successful recovery using my quad so did the same thing this time around. Sending good healing vibes to everyone.. just had my surgery today ❤️‍🩹
