[FOR HIRE] Virtual Assistant (Long-Term) Operations & AI Assistant
About Us
We’re an online education and consulting company that helps business owners grow through systems, marketing, content, and operations.
We’re a small team, so everyone wears multiple hats. We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills, solving problems, and becoming a valuable part of the team, not someone who’s only looking to complete the bare minimum.
This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
Compensation
$400–600 USD/month (depending on experience and hours)

Opportunity for raises based on performance and responsibility
We provide training, SOPs, AI tools, and clear systems
Schedule
We’re looking for someone who is available most days of the week.
Ideally you are:
Available 6–7 days per week
Comfortable working more than 5–6 hours per day when needed
Able to overlap with our team during U.S. business hours (PST)
Comfortable occasionally joining Zoom working sessions where we complete tasks together
We don’t expect someone to sit around waiting for work, we want someone who’s proactive and enjoys staying productive.
Responsibilities
Your work will change depending on what the business needs that week.
Some examples include:
Community Management
Respond to community members
Help answer basic questions
Keep the community organized
Welcome new members
CRM & Data Management
Update CRMs daily
Keep spreadsheets accurate
Organize customer information
Track leads and progress
Maintain internal reports
Customer Success
Follow up with members
Check on customer progress
Upsell existing members when appropriate
Help guide people toward the correct program
AI & Operations
Use AI tools to complete daily tasks
Help build documents and SOPs
Research solutions
Organize information
Assist with automations
Complete administrative tasks
General Operations
Handle miscellaneous tasks as they come up
Help improve systems
Assist different team members
Learn new software quickly

We care much more about attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn than knowing every tool on day one.
Requirements
Preferred (not all required):
Able to communicate in English (it doesn’t have to be perfect, we just need to be able to communicate effectively)
Experience as a Virtual Assistant
Knows how to use AI tools efficiently
Google Sheets
Google Docs
CRM experience
Fast learner
Reliable internet
Stable computer
Good time management
