Chapter 13 100% Repayment Plan. TX

My husband & I filed chapter 13 in February. Yesterday was the deadline for creditors to submit claims. We had 5 creditors not submit, including Discover (about $20k) according to pacer.

Discover filed a law suit with my husband in January, which triggered us to file chapter 13. It’s so weird that they didn’t file a claim. What happens now? Do we not have to pay them back now?

Has anyone successfully objected to a filed claim? We submitted our toll bills in Chapter 13 and I looked over the claim and it includes $2900 in late fees (which I feel like that should be illegal but whatever). Is there anyway to object to the excessive late fees and pay the principle? Has anyone had success?

We filed 2/28. Our trustee filed an objection stating that our disposable income (they projected at $9k) is more than our projected plan ($2995 a month). We have a lot of unusual expenses as we travel monthly to pick up my step son for custody that were not factored in. We have a meeting with our lawyer next week but they honestly suck so I thought I’d ask here

Is it possible for our plan to increase monthly even if we are at 100%? What does that mean? We just pay off quicker?

Also- has anyone had creditors not file? What creditors? We have quite a few that haven’t filed and it’s been almost 70 days.
