So for context I have PTSD and Clinical Depression aswell as AuADHD and have always struggled with work that is digital. It's due in around 2-3 weeks and it's only 4 days worth of work but it's torture no matter how hard I try it's painful. I need help, tips, anything, I CANNOT DO IT !!!
