Base locations

Hey guys, I just finished the game and have pretty much maxed out my base with all of the synthesizers. What are some of the base locations you all really enjoy? Now that I'm not restricted from materials or ore deposits I want to find unique and beautiful spots for my pals

Flat enough?

I'm replacing my floors and I'm wondering if I should pay to have someone use self leveling cement. We have some high spots throughout the floor but we have one extremely bad area in a corner that has me concerned. We were quoted at a $1000 for a large basement kitchen. My question is would you guys pay the cost to make sure the floor is flat enough for the floors?
