Genuine question to those who have a credit over $30 how????

When I started this game I only saw $30 dollar credit, I have seen posts where people have around ~$40, $60,$90 dollars of credit if they win how did you guys pick/get these options 🥲????

I'll make this short I'm a pharmacy tech. Week 1 got shouted at by pharmacy manger one day, week 2 got cursed after I told them I made a mistake (printed to many extra lables for a script by mistake), they apologized, then berated me for the mistake, clocked out cried. Week 3 they were weirdly nice and tried to make small talk, about to clock in soon, confused. opinion?
