Got my best score on a pratice test after taking a bad RC section

I took PT 138 section 1 as a practice for RC, and I got my worst score. I was stressed and was like, " Am I going back. I deleted my section from 7sage because it was so bad. My best is -8. My worst is usually -14. This was the worst. I was so worked up I took Pt 154 directly afterwards and got my best score ever. Should I be worried about Pt 138? Did anyone else perform exceptionally badly on that.

Borderline but showing potential symptoms

A while ago, I talked about my labs. Shortly after that, my doctor ordered a second set of labs. Already discussed with him my updated results weeks ago, but would like a different perspective. My fasting insulin is 30 mU/L. It says on my lab that the reference range is less than 29. I started having excessive thirst last month. I had my period once in little over a year, and I have dark patches around my neck for years atp.

Since my insulin is borderline, why am I showing symptoms, and would that mean it's very easy for me to reverse the effects? I know insulin resistance is reversible, but because I'm borderline, it should be easier than normal. I also notice that the excessive thirst usually happens when I eat salty foods. Is that prediabetes or high sodium

Rewatching season 12 and it is hitting that almost every single person in Jo's class was better than her

The onyl one she was better than was Leah Murphy but Leah came back and was apparently insanely good so maybe not even that. But Brooks, Shane, Stephanie. Blake also showed incredibly talent compared to her. Even tho she was clearly made as the next Alex her lack of talent compared to her peers rivals Izzie

I posted a week ago about possibly having insulin resistance after experiencing excessive thirst. My first Labs were 3 hours after eating. I did repeat Labs and my insulin is now 30 (mU/L). It says on the report that normal is below 29 mU/L. My glucose is 83 and my HBA1C is 5.7. I feel like 30 is a small amount above normal so I don't understand why my body reacted that way.

I had excessive thirst so I went to the doctor and we did Labs. I ate roughly 3 hours beforehand. My glucose was a 67. Slightly below normal. Hba1c was 5.7 ( down from 5.9 last year) and my insulin was 129.(mU/L).

My vitamin D level was a 4 This is severe level of deficiency. I'm adding that because it in some posts people said it was important. Every other tests came back normal
