I keep going back to this theater for photos.
Photoshopped the Carlisle sign to make it more red because the red is too dull in IRL. Wish they would fix that sign up --- would make it look so much better. I really love down town so much.

Started at the Carlisle Cave (which was underwhelming) then drove back down town and hiked the entire Pomfret St, wrapped around Dickinson and came back around. Some of my favorites. More coming soon but getting ready to head back to the Army Heritage to get some of the shots I missed. Hope you guys enjoying the way I'm capturing your town. Thanks to everyone who gave me suggestions before I got out here.
I had earbuds in while walking around in the rain exploring the trenches and they snuck up behind me and scared the shit out of me. XD Then they let me take candid photos of them as we explored. This was an amazing moment where a bird decided to land and sit right in front of the couple and had little to no fear, posed for the photo, and eventually flew away. Good times.
Still love the old vintage look of this theater. Third time visiting the outside and the mural since being out here this week.
Good times, good food, happy families, and just nice vibes as a whole. This town is just very wholesome and there's such a beauty in the contrast from what I'm accustomed to. If you were out there tonight, say hi!
As mentioned in other posts --- I just got to Carlisle yesterday and drove through the town to explore a bit. Trying to find places worth filming and documenting during my 3 week stay here. Drove by this and had to circle back around the block because the front just told a story my eyes were drawn to. Looking forward to exploring the town even more --- if anyone is around and wants to show me around further I'll be free in the evenings and during the weekends. Going to do a bit of hiking as well. Also taking any recommendations for places worth checking out.
Out here in Carlisle for a job. Will be here for 3 weeks so I drove through the town looking for cool architecture or sites to photograph. Had to stop to get some flicks of this corner store. Has so much character. Nothing special but random flick.
If you guys have recommendations of places for me to check out, feel free to drop them. Thanks.
NJ had a rough winter this year.
Photo from last winter.
I'll be there for 3 weeks for a new job I'm going to be training for starting this upcoming week. I'm bringing a camera to explore during my days off --- please give recommendation for any gems I should check out while I'm there. Would be much appreciated.
Got my CDL A 3 years ago and never followed through and pursued a trucking career. Have been freelancing and it's been too inconsistent so I'm finally sitting on a tentative offer from Schneider to go through their 19 day training for dedicated Target account in the Northeast.
I was considering pushing for the Dollar General dedicated but after watching a few videos I quickly decided that is not for me. I know these recruiters lie about pay but what should one realistically expect grossing with that route? Recruiter said I should expect $70-80K per year starting if I hustle and get the bonuses but the math just doesn't add up unless I'm missing something.
Has anyone worked that account in the last year or two? How was your experience? Is it worth it?
If you don't want to comment, feel free to DM me. Thanks.
