AS In Business Administration w/9 CLEPS

I’m a parent in my 30’s earning my AS this fall thanks to this wonderful subreddit. It has really been an incredible resource, so I’d like to share my story and answer any questions that may be helpful to you guys.

I needed 62 credits for the degree, and I used CLEP for 39. I could have even used a couple more (American Gov, Biology or Chemistry), but I had already taken those in person.

Here are the exams I took, in order, with scores:

English Comp: 69

Principles of Management: 52

Principles of Marketing: 62

Financial Accounting: 61

Spanish (No Writing): 71

Information Systems: 63

Principles of Microeconomics: 71

Principles of Macroeconomics: 67

Precalculus: 59

I’m planning to transfer into a BA in Econ with a minor in Finance, and I can actually CLEP 3 more of those courses (Calculus, Sociology, and Introductory Psychology), so I’m happy to listen to any advice you guys may have (especially Calculus, studying currently).
