What is the ideal way to read a C++ book?
I am an intermediate c++ dev. I recently started reading the Effective modern c++ book. I don’t have tons of experience reading technical books coz I have mostly used YouTube and college lectures to study. So any advice on how to read a c++ book or any technical book for that matyet is highly appreciate.
