Help with purchasing a PC! - South Korea - Should I upgrade parts or should I just get something pre built?

Hello! I'm looking to purchase a PC.

The first time i ever built a custom built computer was back in 2020 covid era with the following parts:

- G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Dual Channel Kit eagate

- BarraCuda 2TB SATA 3.5'' 7200RPM Desktop Hard Drives

- AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core/16-Thread 7nm Processor | Socket AM4 3.6GHz/ 4.4 GHz Boost, RGB Wraith Prism Cooler, 65W

- WD Blue SN550 500GB M.2 NVMe PCI-E Read:2400 MB/s Write:1750 MB/s Solid State Drive

- Cooler Master MasterWatt 750W 80 Plus Bronze Semi-Fanless Modular Power Supply

- GIGABYTE AORUS Radeon RX 5700 XT 8G Graphics Card, PCIe 4.0, 8GB 256-Bit GDDR6, 2010 MHz Boost, 14000 MHz Memory, 3xDP1.4, 1xHDMI2.0b, GV-R57XTAORUS-8GD Video Card

- MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC Socket AM4 | Dual Channel DDR4, PCIe 3.0, 2xM.2 | USB 3.1, HDMI, DP, WIFI, RGB ATX Motherboards

I bought this computer back when I was living in Canada for under 2k and thankfully, I had a friend fully assemble this for me and help me pick the parts. At that time, I had just started streaming and content creation and was loving it.

A few years ago i ended up moving to South Korea and am having a hard time making up my mind on parts and was hoping to just go for a new prebuilt ( i know i know) computer because i'm struggling with building the computer myself or deciding what parts to upgrade.

The biggest thing i'm struggling with is where or what I would get my computer from. There is a local shop called Phils computer repository that sells pre built computers or should i just order something from newegg instead?

And if so, i'm trying to keep it within a 3k budget (3,000,000 Korean won) but with something that would last. Willing to go slightly over budget if there is a good reason for longevity of the computer.

If anyone has any recommendations, or even maybe a connection who lives in Seoul or Suwon, South Korea who would be knowledgeable to build one from scratch that also speaks English, i'm also willing to go that route as well. This is just too far above my knowledge to even know where to start or how to replace parts or anything.

Please be kind. I'm just trying to game and maybe get back into streaming / content creation again for the fun of it and am completely overwhelmed with things T.T
