B3MO Quests!

I’ve been testing B3MO Quests recently and I think it’s a very interesting tool. It brings a strong gamification layer to the ecosystem while also encouraging meaningful engagement with dApps and sustainable actions.

What I particularly like is how it combines user participation with on-chain activity in a way that feels more interactive and structured than traditional campaigns.

At the same time, I think it’s important to highlight that users can set up B3MO quests themselves, but this should be done thoughtfully. Factors like app action limits and the overall distribution strategy matter a lot to avoid inefficient setups or diluted engagement.

Sunny is actively setting up quests himself: go check it!

Lazy voting and Navigators

Good morning VeFam,

Looks like the era of “lazy voting” is slowly coming to an end on VeBetterDAO.

For a long time, many users simply kept voting for the same dApps every round without really checking activity, updates, or ecosystem contributions. The result was predictable: older established apps kept growing, while newer or more active builders had a much harder time getting visibility and support.

Now the voting system is starting to reward more responsible participation through multipliers:

x3 → dApps updated this round or receiving your first vote
x2 → dApps updated within the last 2 rounds
x1 → dApps inactive for 3+ rounds

I honestly think this is a healthy change for the ecosystem. It encourages people to actually explore the apps, follow development, and support builders that continue shipping and improving.

At the same time, the Navigator role becomes much more interesting. I see two reasonable paths now:

• delegate to a Navigator with a strategy you trust
• or become a more active and responsible voter yourself

Either way, it feels like VBD is pushing toward a more merit-based ecosystem instead of pure habit voting.
