I want to port my existing health insurance to HDFC ERGO from Star Health, and I have been trying to get a hold of them via calls, email, and their website, but I am not getting any response from them. I called on their official phone number, but could not speak to an agent, as every time I call, I get the same hold music saying all our executives are busy attending other calls.

Are they not interested in getting new customers? My renewal date is near, but I'm unable to do anything if I cannot talk to one of their agents. What a pathetic experience from one of the so-called 'top insurance companies of the country.'

Any idea how I can talk to them?
