I am currently building an upper with an 18” rifle +1 Proof Research barrel and currently have a G Super Duty lower with the H3 buffer and braided spring.

Would this buffer and spring be optimal for cycling?

Also, which is best in your experiences, an adjustable gas block or would something like the Geissele Super Gas Block or SOLGW V2 work well?
