Our country is so cooked 😂

Diasporic senegalese. Been living in Senegal for quite a bit.
I work in advisory/consulting and for the last 6 months, I feel like I can’t stay in this country.
We have so much hubris we don’t see or acknowledge the grand scheme of things.
And just like everywhere there is always people that are trying to do the right thing I reckon that.
But like there’s structural and cultural flaws in Senegalese people
I even am culprit of that in some sense but at lest I feel like I’m aware of it.
We are living in an illusion and we are still so much in a “””slave””” mentality which going to cause our doom.

It’s like being in a car race being the won’t driver with potential having bad engineers and race strategist and still talk like we get P1

We gotta be way more humble

People are going to cuss but I won’t even be shocked that’s how badly I see our people so keep it coming mf
For the ones that see it in a better way and not just as knock but more as a message from a hurt patriot don’t hesitate to create cerebral emulation :))

Edit: our football team and it’s management as well as the FSF are just mirrors of our country

Edit 2: don’t think that we got ennemies or this is some kind of foreign interference 🤣🤣🤣
We ain’t that interesting yet 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Building a phased waste-to-carbon startup

Hey everyone, I am building a phased waste-to-carbon startup here in Senegal. The plan is to bootstrap by turning organic waste into biochar for local agriculture, keeping early costs low, and using that revenue to eventually scale into high-grade industrial carbon production. I have the system architecture completely mapped out, but I am broke right now and cannot build the physical infrastructure alone.
I am looking to connect with local mechanical or chemical engineers, people who understand local waste and agriculture logistics, or anyone who knows about green tech grants or incubators. I have the roadmap, I just need the right people and advice to help me get it off the ground.

Let me know if you are interested in talking.
