We have identified a solution to the missing Alliance Tournament rewards. Tomorrow, October 5th, at 11 AM UTC / 4 AM PT we will deploy a fix that will resolve the issue by directly granting missing rewards to your account. You will not have to redeem a chest or reward, but instead missing rewards and Emerald Chain XP will be automatically put into your inventory. We will extend the Alliance Tournament Store so that it will remain open from now, until the end of the next Alliance tournament. Thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue.

We are continuing our investigation with Alliance Tournament missing rewards. The engineering team is actively investigating to ensure that any actions will be carried out successfully to ensure tournament promotion, demotion, and rewards go out correctly.
