I’ve been looking into Touch Coffee Bar and wanted to get some real-world feedback from people who have actually worked with them or own one of their machines.

On the surface it looks like a pretty solid semi-passive business model, but I’m seeing mixed opinions and trying to separate marketing from reality.

A few specific questions:

Is it worth the investment?

How does the coffee taste compared to a typical coffee shop?

What’s the build quality and reliability of the machine?

Are their projections of ~25 cups per day realistic in a decent location, or is that optimistic?

If you own one (or seriously considered it), I’d really appreciate hearing your experience—good or bad.

Trying to decide if this is something worth moving forward with or avoiding.
