I’m about 18k in credit card debt. Biggest card being my AMEX at 13k. I just got a 13k loan from my personal bank and immediately paid off my Amex. But now I’m having anxiety about it. Was this the right decision? I’ve been paying on this card for years with no budge, even tho I RARELY use it. But now the loan payment is higher than the monthly payment I was paying. Am I paranoid or did I do the right thing?
