Anyone have similar KRAS/PIK3CA mutations? Looking for others' experiences
I just got my tumor genetic testing results.
KRAS p.Q61H (Gln61His), pathogenic, variant allele frequency 11.7%
PIK3CA p.G546K (Gln546Lys), pathogenic, variant allele frequency 12.7%
I'm meeting with my oncologist soon, but I'm hoping to hear from anyone who's had similar findings.
Has anyone here had a similar report or these mutations? Did they affect your treatment options, prognosis, or anything else your oncologist discussed?
I'm not looking for a diagnosis just interested in hearing others' experiences while I wait for my appointment.
Thanks in advance.
3–4 months out from chemo and reversal surgery. Blood work was normal 2 weeks ago, but I'm still sleeping 11–12 hours a day. Has anyone else experienced this, and is it normal this far into recovery?
reddit.comAnyone with Stage III (T4) Colon Cancer?
Hi everyone,
I was diagnosed with stage IIIB colon cancer (T4aN1bM0). I’ve had surgery with an ileostomy and have now completed CAPOX treatment.
I’d love to hear from anyone with a similar diagnosis, especially those who are doing well years later. Hearing positive stories and experiences would mean a lot.
Thank you in advance for sharing. ❤️
