So here goes - day 1
Took my first dose yesterday and so far so good. Been drinking a lot and have been ok food wise and no side effects that I’ve noticed..
I’m hoping this will help me to break the curse of PCOS, underactive thyroid and insulin resistance to help me get back to being me.
