Anyone knows any bodybuilders or bodybuilding plans in alignment with ray peat lifestyle?

I want to follow some plan and not stress my body at the same time.

Anyone has experience with these to help with Anetrior pelvic tilt and tight pelvic muscles + forward head posture?

Which one to go for.

What’s the cause of low libido?
Ever since my hair started thinning, I got anxious and I had brainfog, my libido got low.

I tried everything in the past 6 years,but I only found out about Ray Peat this year.

While my brainfog has lifted and my temperature as well, my libido is still low.

How long did it take you guys fix it and whats the cause? What Should I focus on the most?

I bought and started taking Vitamin E (brand Forefront Health Thyro Protect Vitamin E complex)

And next day I’m peeing a lot more than normally and I woke up with brain fog, is that normal? I took half of recommended serving.
