Hi, any help is appreciated. I am very worried about mold and our inspector found this on the house we wanted. How bad is this and is it something that could easily be cleaned?

Hi, We’re considering buying a house and the inspection found a few things with the concrete slab foundation.
I attached pictures from the inspection.
The house was built in 2018, so i wasn’t sure if this is a reason to walk away from this home? Also, the seller disclosed they never made any foundation repairs.
