Anyone recently get their USCIS approval after a J-1 hardship waiver favorable recommendation from DOS?

My DOS favorable recommendation was issued on April 3, 2026, and I still haven’t heard back from USCIS. It’s been about 6 weeks now and honestly getting pretty stressful because my job start timeline depends on this.
