Does this look like kyphosis? Anyway to fix this “body type”?

does this look like it could be kyphosis? I’ve been prioritizing physical health and i feel better in some ways but I also feel like no matter how hard I try I’ll never feel confident with how I look. my back looks better than it used to; when I was a teenager people said I had a “very awkward body” and that I looked like Igor the hunchback. as recently as a couple years ago some coworkers said my hunch kind of makes me look like an old man.

I’ve tried everything at this point. Lifting, stretching, gimmicky back braces, i even had an x ray done and they basically just said “yep your spine is kind of curved”. if this isn’t something I can fix do you guys have any advice? When I stand normally I’m hunched over but when I force myself straight I feel like I look weird because my chest and ribs jut out. Starting to feel like I just have to accept my weird box-body :/

also worth mentioning that I’ve had upper back pains since I was 14 and they’re getting progressively worse (now 30 years old). I’d say some days my pain levels bounce between 4-7 out of 10 depending on how much standing I have to do.
