Got two copyright strikes on my channel

So I make commentary video where I talked about things going on and most of it is my original voice. Still I got a copyright one for a recent video and one for a 1 year old video..... And my views dropped like crazy. I worked really hard for this channel I don't know what to do. I can send counter notification but I don't want to share personal info with them.
