Help! Why are my edges breaking out and I’m not using glue??

I just started wearing clueless wigs a week ago. I have never worn wigs before until this week. I by are my edges breaking out?? I wash my hair once a week. I want to add my wig but I’ve worn 5 different ones already. All human hair.

The wig I’m wearing is one that I’m just now installing for the first time. Is it because I’m not washing them beforehand?

It told us we had ten days to upload everything. We uploaded it to the medi-cal portion since we applied in person and applied to both medi-cal and snap(CA). They sent a notice saying that we hadn’t uploaded everything, so I uploaded it again to the snap case instead and got denied for that also for not uploading on time??

I’m not sure what I was supposed to do. It won’t let us appeal either. Should we try reapplying ??
