Hello. l am a graduate student at Northern Kentucky University. The culminating, capstone project for the Master of Social Work program is a research study. I, under supervision of Dr. Gabby Dralle, would like to invite you to participate in this research study that explores the following topics: Food access and dietary habits.
The survey will only take a few minutes to complete. Completing the survey is voluntary and anonymous. We will not be collecting any identifying information.
