Did everyone's Uber tablet reset back to default factory setting?

Please explain to me the logic of not having a deliveroo tablet to see the orders drop in when only TL/Managers can only see order summary? Why do they take one step forward and ten backwards, if there are no TL in, no one can see or use order summary to keep track of orders dropping in and which to take priority in picking first

How many team leaders does your store have? Especially if you only have click and collect and no home delivery/vans?

Ok I have a question for home shopping colleagues

How do you handle cancellations of qcom orders or express orders so that it just doesn't look like you are cancelling the order for the sake of it, for example we will get a few uber orders that would be cancelled by uber support so when we cancel it, it flags up as our store is just cancelling the order.

Which option do you guys pick from the cancellations screen? Or is there a way around it so it doesn't show up as the store cancelling the orders?
