Anyone else had a batch cancelled by The Trekkers Club and not received a refund?
A few of us booked a trek with The Trekkers Club (also operating as Echo Trips / echo.trips515). They cancelled our batch, promised a refund "later," and we still haven't been paid.
Trying to find others in the same boat. If they cancelled on you or are sitting on your refund, DM me with your booking date, amount paid, and any screenshots.
The more of us who come forward, the stronger a joint consumer complaint is.
