Hello to all inhabitants of the group. :) So.. I forced to make the new gear for my little friend Sharp MD-RS75.

As far as I understand, this is a problem of many models from many manufacturers. I previously made gears for the Technics SJ-MD100, SJ-MD150, SJ-HD501, and SJ-HD515.
I'm not a fan of tightly fitting gears onto the axle, so I always prefer cyanoacrylate glue.
To prevent the kracks in the future.
So now I have a new gear in my parts drawer and my Sharp MD-RS75 plays again. :) Part number in SM - NGERH0597AFZZ
This gear will be added to eBay and Etsy soon.
