This is my first time using Asendia.

I purchased an item from Store on 04/27, but it took over two weeks for Asendia to even process the tracking number.

Is this normal for Asendia shipments?

I ordered it on 04/28. Gamersupps said they already delivered it then. There was no update on the shipping information for more than 10 days, so I asked again and they said they sent it and the shipping partner didn't update it. But the updated in 2 weeks is 'Shipment Information Received'. But no matter how much I look at it, it says that the seller sent the shipping information to the courier. I think Gamersupp lied to me, what do you think?

I got a whiskey delivery from Texas and a cigar delivery from Florida, but I don't understand because it's the first time I've ever done this. Actually, the cigar I ordered on 04/30 arrived in Korea on 05/08 .
