The best Sens jerseys OAT isn’t even purchasable.

The best Sens jerseys OAT isn’t even purchasable.

The 2014 heritage classic jerseys are without doubt the best Sens jersey of all time for me, and it’s not really close. Super classic colour combo, and a great mix of style and simplicity.

Most of the team’s jerseys for me are a pretty good, with it being very rare that there’s a jersey that makes me ashamed to be a fan, unlike other teams who have had some absolute horrible jerseys… for the 2014 heritage classic, I’d even go as far to say as it’s one of the top jerseys by any team in the league, and that’s not me being biased as I absolutely love some of the jerseys other teams have, even more than this one.

The issue is, is that you simply cannot acquire this jersey, it’s not even a thing about money anymore, it just does not exist when you go to shop online. I check vintage websites every few months casually and it’s never being sold, I’ve seen fans wear them before to games, but I’ve never seen one available to buy.

Am I the only one with this issue here 😭??? Can ownership just lock tf in and bring back these jerseys, even for a limited time 🙏🙏🙏

Smart LED Light Bulb setup

This post is a two parter (sort of), but I am doing my research in advance to buy some smart RGB LED lights for my new apartment, as I have seen lots of people have success with this creating an awesome ambiance in thier living rooms/ houses through an app or a voice command.

I've been looking online and have seen that Govee sells what seems to be reasonably good quality LED bulbs at a good price for buying in bulk. They also sell TV backlights, in both the smart and non-smart variety, i.e one with a fisheye lens copying the TV and one without.

My question is if anyone has had any experience using Govee for their smart home purposes? I know they are a pretty big brand now for these things but I'm curious if anyone has invested in them and have found success or have any regrets? If the bulbs are reliable and sync well, I'm not too worried about those, unless anyone has had some horrible experience with that, something I am more curious about is the smart backlite as the feature in theory sounds awesome, but the price jump from just normall LED strips is a lot so I'd be curious if anyone has any lived expereinces.

Again, not committed to Govee so if there is a more suitable alternative I have no issue flipping over, I just need my lights to all be with the same company to sync them!

Uncertainty of goals while watching games?

Coming into my second year of seriously following footy and when I’m watching games on TV, I’m frequently unsure if a kick is going to be a goal or a behind, usually when it has some height to it and coming from an angle, until the broadcast, players or umpires indicate a goal/ behind.

My question for the wiser and more experienced AFL community is, is this something you grow out of and get a better sense of the more you watch games or do other people still have issues with the initial assessment?

Pretty awkward when you prematurely celebrate what looks like a goal, only for it to be a behind and I’d love to know if anyone else has this issue 🥲.
