Hello, I'm an incoming freshman in the engineering physics program, and I feel like I'm gonna need all the help I can get to get the 3.5 + gpa I need for the progression requirement. I got an email about the PrEPS program for Chem 103 and Math 221, and it seems like a pretty good idea. I guess I'm curious if its a program thats worth doing though. It seems to have a bit of a time commitment, and I'm not too sure what I'm actually getting into. If anyone who has experiance could tell me what to expect that would be great. Also any general advice would also be great. I'm a wee bit terrified about this whole progression thing....
Heyo, like the title says, I'm going to college for engineering this year and I need to get a laptop for it. I'll likely be running some cadding softwares, and I also want to play some videogames on it, nothing too taxing, I'm pretty sure the most intensive game I still play is Astroneer. And if possible I'd like it to not be huge. I need if before September, I was originally going to get a framework but it would've taken months to ship...... if anyone knows a model let me know.. THank yOu!
Hey Y'all, I'm an incoming freshmen who's enrolled to the schools Engineering Physics program. I took advanced classes but since I went to a weird small private school I never got any AP credits. I know a lot of my course planning will be done there, but I was wondering what I could do to prepare. I looked at the programs course requirements but I had a hard time actually deciphering what courses I'm going to have to take and what I'll have to take in my freshman year. Is there anywhere I could find information thats a bit more intuitive? Should I even worry about preparing? I would really appreciate some guidance on this whole thing...
Hello! I’m going to U Wisconsin this fall and I’m going to be doing the Engineering Physics program. I’m very excited, but I’m kind of worried about what my social life will look like. I’ve gotten good grades in Hs but I’m definitely not a super genius, and I feel like the main reason I’ve done well was because I’ve just had a lot of spare time. So with college I’m definitely ready to hunker down with my work, but with UWM and all I also really wanna have time to do all the college type partying and stuff. Will… I like be able to do both? And do you guys have any suggestions on how I can maintain that sorta balance?
