Will my existing ₹50L accumulated bonus be carried forward when I port, or will I lose it and start with HDFC’s base SI + Secure/Infinite Benefits?

My sister-in-law is going through a divorce and her husband has made allegations about me in his court filings, claiming that she was very close to me, frequently went out with me, and that I influenced her against him.
These allegations are completely false. In fact, after her marriage, I did not even visit her once. My only involvement was accompanying her when she left her matrimonial home. Since her family has no brother, her father occasionally sought my help with family matters, which I provided as a relative.
My name has been mentioned in the case, but I have not received any notice from the court and I am not a party to the proceedings.
Can I be dragged into the divorce case based solely on these allegations without evidence? Should I take any action now, or wait unless I receive a court notice?
Any advice from lawyers or people with similar experiences would be appreciated. Thanks.
