Persistent Bannerlord Multiplayer

Hi guys, I'm Wake. I've spent a long time in leadership within one of the larger clans on the mod Persistent Bannerlord EU, leading cavalry, organizing content, diplomacy, wars, all that stuff.

If you don't know what PB is, It's a multiplayer mod that averages 100-300 people regularly, massive alliance wars occur often involving over 200 players, fluctuating diplomacy, fighting over castles and resources.

Recently I stepped away and decided to build something myself instead.

Not because of drama or some big fallout. I just got tired of the same cycle a lot of clans fall into:
- 80 people shouting over each other
- leadership friction
- people refusing to listen
- toxicity becoming normal
- quantity over quality

I think the atmosphere around it can be done way better.

So I'm starting small and building a more grounded and disciplined group for the next map cycle. Not aiming to become the next biggest clan or force people online 24/7. Just a solid core of players who enjoy organized fights, good comms, lower toxicity, training sessions to improve skill, and actually playing things the way they are intended.

If you're new to the mod, and I presume most would be, feel free to check things out. https://discord.gg/eY99tatyhC
