Why are used leases more expensive then new?
It seems counterintuitive that something with less value and already used leases for so much more then a brand new one, is there any explanation for it?

As the title suggests, I’m considering getting a Model 3 Performance. I currently drive an EQEV, which has been fantastic, but a few aspects of the car and app have led me to Tesla. I don’t need all the extra space, and I prefer the look and speed of the 3 over the Y, so I’ve been exploring those options lately. It’s been a bit tricky to tell the differences between the model years, aside from the chrome delete in 2021. Do you have any advice on which of the three years is worth the price, and should mileage be as big of a factor?
