Please tell me everything we need to know about possible purchase of a block of land?
Cost $350k
How much deposit would we require?
What else do we need fi consider?
Plan would be to purchase the land, then move into family home nearby and live there whilst building new home.

We have a combined income of 230-250k per year.
2 x car loans at approx 25k each
3 dependants.
1 HECS of maybe 5k
Old ATO debt of 10k
Awaiting credit scores to improve. Currently sitting around 560 and 460. Have 50k saved, and able to access 25k from super, and possibly QLD FHOG ($30k) if we had capacity to build.
What will our borrowing capacity roughly look like?
