[RECAP] The evidence the DA will present VS David (shortened)

• The description of photographs depicting the victim naked, as well as while she was engaged with defendant in sexual activity when she was 13. The CSAM is proof of their ongoing sexual relationship while the victim was 13 and 14 years old.

• Numerous text messages between defendant and the victim evidencing their sexual relationship, pregnancy, abortion, and use of Plan B emergency contraception.

• Defendant's cellular activity and communications derived from defendant's iPhone and Tesla, which demonstrate defendant's activities from April 22, 2025 - April 24, 2025, including a trip to Santa Barbara County in the middle of the night after the victim arrived at his Hollywood Hills home.

• Surveillance video of defendant driving his Tesla on July 29, 2025, for the last time before parking the vehicle and leaving on tour at the end of July.

• DNA evidence developed from blood stains collected from defendant's garage, which match the victim's genetic profile.

• Proof of defendant's Amazon purchases and deliveries to his residence, including: two chainsaws, a body bag, an inflatable pool, heavy duty laundry bags, and a "burn cage"
after April 24, 2025.

• Proof of defendant's purchase and delivery from Postmates of a shovel from Home Depot to his home on April 24, 2025.

• Uber records showing defendant's transaction where he ordered an Uber to pick up the victim from her Lake Elsinore home and transport her to his residence the night of April 23, 2025.

• Proof of defendant's lucrative career as a singer and songwriter prior to April 23, 2025.
Defendant had an album release party on the night of April 24, 2025, before embarking on an international tour in late July 2025.

• Text message exchanges between defendant and the victim on April 22 and April 23, 2025, where the victim threatened to expose defendant and destroy his career.

Call logs for Celeste parents show contact with LE on April 27. 4 days post Celeste death, with no report written. And a follow up conducted Sept 9+10. Nearly 5 months later!

The April 27 call was classified as “MNCRIMI,” meaning a minor criminal matter. But interestingly , there was no “R” (report taken) listed in the disposition column. Instead the disposition was “NS,” meaning no service needed, and the “Written” column says “No,” indicating there was no formal written report associated with that incident.

Celeste family no longer have contact with the police for nearly 5 months…

Things appear to escalate later in September. Follow-up activity is logged on Sept9 / 10 , immediately after Celeste was found in the frunk of David’s Tesla X.

Then, on Sept12, a formal report was finally written under code PC594, the California penal code for vandalism of all things.

After that, there were three additional follow-up calls, followed by a 415 disturbing the peace call on Sept29.

Two things can come from this if we don’t believe it was smells made by David from the toilet:

>Decomposition odors were coming from inside the garage, wafting straight up to the bathroom windows.

>Decomposition smells where coming from the TESLA parked on the STREET directly below the bathroom.

[Window layout is a match, including reflections in Sakuras livestream highlighted in pink/ when house was put back on rent, only left hand side and middle garage had flooring ripped out which suggests if anything happened in the garage it would be any of those two, or both]

On Friday, May 1, I spent the day in Santa Barbara County off SR-154, in the area where Celeste's passport card was found by a Caltrans worker.

I captured high-resolution drone imagery of the area. Once I finish my current search mission in the Grand Canyon, I will process the imagery through the detection analysis programs we use.

The area is covered by license plate readers. The specific area where he appears to have pulled off SR-154 has a gate that is closed from sunset to sunrise, so his car would likely have had to stay relatively close to SR-154.

There are trails that lead down to the water, so someone could dispose of a chainsaw or other evidence there. Given how small and weak #D4vd is, I do not believe a chainsaw or other heavy evidence would be far into the water. The water is clear, and I was able to see several feet into it with the drone.

I have a couple thousand high-resolution images from the area to process. I have attached a few low-resolution preview images to give an idea of the terrain.

“On that day, defendant was living at 804 N. Doheny Place in West Hollywood. RCSD requested that LASD conduct a welfare check at defendant's home.

LASD Deputies went to defendant's home that night at 8:15 p.m. and informed him the victim was a 13-year-old runaway.

Defendant again claimed he was unaware she was a minor and he had only met the victim once in person in November 2023.

However, defendant showed deputies a yearbook photo of the victim he had on his cellphone.

Although he claimed to be unaware of where the victim was at the time, she returned home two days later.”
