B-2 Denial but Valid H-1B Stamp – Anyone Successfully Re-entered?

Are H-1B petitions getting approved through consular processing if you already have a valid H-1B visa stamp, without paying the $100,000 fee? Also, has anyone re-entered the U.S. after a B-2 extension/change of status denial using their valid H-1B visa stamp? Looking for first-hand experiences.

H-1B → B-2 → H-1B Bridge Case: RFEs for Both B-2 and H-1B Petitions? Considering Consular Processing

Has anyone recently been in an H-1B → B-2 → H-1B bridge case and received RFEs for both the pending B-2 and H-1B petitions?

I have RFEs for both and am currently preparing my B-2 RFE response. With the recent court ruling blocking the proposed $100k visa fee, is anyone considering responding to the H-1B RFE by requesting consular processing instead of change of status from B-2?

I already have a valid H-1B visa stamp through 2027. Would appreciate hearing from anyone in a similar situation.
