or learning accounting software, you just describe what happened.

"Spent 500 on ads" → expense recorded, books updated

"Invoice John for 1500" → invoice created, receivable logged

"Received payment from John for 1500" → invoice cleared, cash updated

"Detect risk" → AI scans all expenses for anomalies
