help needed with tariiff refund
Hello- I ordered a rather expensive coat $1900 from Italy (I'm in US), and with it came a $560 tariff paid to UPS. I decided to return the coat, but I have had no luck with UPS. They can't give me any clear direction on how to file for a tariff refund. Can anyone help me with the process?
